Our events can only take place due to the efforts of wonderful volunteers who make them happen. We are likely to have a few volunteer vacancies, so do let us know if you are interested in this. Volunteers sadly still pay for their hotel room and food, but we don’t charge them for the event itself. We do only accept volunteers to specific roles rather than a more general helper as we have found this means everyone know what they are signing up for.
We are also very grateful for the help and support of attendees who share their creative talents with us in a large or small way and all pull together, it really demonstrates the community spirit that we have found at Lavecon.

Hello I was thinking of coming to the event. I was planning on coming down Saturday morning. I live no more then an hour away.I have been told that you can camp over night ? I then plan to go home Sunday morning.
What’s the best ticket to book etc.
